Performing at Mastro’s Steakhouse

Last month at Mastro’s Ocean Club, I had the pleasure of kicking the new year off by performing magic for Encleve and Key, a PR agency based out of Las Vegas. Their team was in LA celebrating Carrington Durham’s selection as Luxury Lifestyle magazine’s January cover star, and I was thrilled to help them celebrate. Carrington is a well-known model in the influencer community with a followership of over 4 million people worldwide.

I’ve mentioned before that amazement is the great equalizer, and I stand by that. It simply does not matter who you are, where you come from, or what you do; I guarantee that magic and mentalism will spark your imagination and capture your sense of awe. Yes, I’m in the performance industry, but my real business is helping people create and share lasting memories.

After doing a routine which involved the use of her wine glass, the audience erupted with cheers as cards began appearing and disappearing from inside the glass. In that moment, I could sense the care and warmth that her friends and coworkers had for her. They were celebrating her success in the best way they knew how: with laughter, friendship, and good times. 

Although Carrington was the woman of the hour, the event was packed with leaders, visionaries, and influencers in the social media and entertainment industries, including Blake Wynn, Taylor Jones, Javi Luna, and more. It’s interesting - at the end of the day, everyone loves a good show, even Instagram models, YouTube stars, and Hollywood actors. I’m happy I was able to provide one.
